How do I access the course after purchase?

How much time should I budget each week?
Most learners spend 2–3 hours weekly: one hour of lessons and one hour applying templates to active work.
Can our whole team use a single license?
Individual licenses are for one person. For squads, we offer team licenses with shared rituals and facilitation tips. Contact us for details.
What is your refund policy?
If a product doesn’t match its description or you face technical issues we can’t resolve, contact us within 14 days. Live events are refundable up to 48 hours before start.
Are workshops recorded?
We prioritize privacy and candor. Some segments may be recorded for enrolled participants; we’ll notify you in advance.
What tools do I need?
A note app and a timer are enough. Templates are simple and tool-agnostic so your team can adopt them quickly.
Is the course suitable for non-design roles?
Yes. PMs, engineers, analysts, and marketers use the same loop to clarify bets and move faster together.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Complete the core assessments to receive a shareable certificate of completion from NeatRoute Studio.
